Nobody buys just one

Here's what I've noticed. Somebody grabs one hat, wears it for a week, then comes back for the colorway they almost picked the first time. So I stopped fighting it. Take any two pieces and $10 comes off at checkout, no code, and it ships free.

Fair warning: the runs are small and most colorways don't come back.

I didn't design these for a gift shop. 1836 is where the lineup starts, not what it's about. People pick them up for the colors and the suede, and plenty of them have never set foot in Texas.

That's the whole idea. Wear it in Dallas. Wear it in Denver. Wear it somewhere I've never been. It holds up the same either way.

And when you buy one, it goes to one guy in Dallas instead of a warehouse. I don't take that lightly.
